27 Next to Pedaiah,[a] the Tekoites repaired another section from the prominent tower as far as the wall of the Ophel.
28 The priests carried on repairs from above the Horse Gate as far as their own houses. 29 Then next to them, Immer’s son Zadok did repairs as far as his own house. Next to him, Shecaniah’s son Shemaiah, custodian of the East Gate, carried on repairs.
